anti-corrosion WPC ceiling is a specialized ceiling material designed by Vocana Co., exclusively for industrial warehouses, logistics storage centers, cold storage warehouses, and chemical storage areas. Made from a base material of "high-density HDPE/PVC + anti-corrosion wood fiber" and integrated with special anti-acid-alkali and moisture-resistant processes, our anti-corrosion WPC ceiling not only possesses the structural stability of traditional metal ceilings but also addresses the pain points of ordinary ceiling materials (such as iron sheets and gypsum boards) that are prone to rust, vulnerable to moisture, and require frequent maintenance. Our lightweight design and modular installation reduce both initial investment and long-term operation and maintenance costs.

 

Used in normal-temperature warehouses storing hardware accessories, high-humidity warehouses stacking agricultural and sideline products, or chemical storage areas holding acid-alkali reagents, our WPC ceiling can resist various corrosive media with its strong anti-corrosion performance. Moreover, relying on its durable feature of "one-time installation, ten years of worry-free use", it reduces the frequency of replacement.

Targeting common warehouse issues such as humidity, acid-alkali volatilization, and dust erosion, a comprehensive protection system is established.

 

Substrate Anti-Corrosion:

 

Adopts a composite structure of "food-grade HDPE/PVC + wood fiber reinforcement layer".  Our WPC ceiling undergoes 500-hour salt spray testing without rusting, and exhibits resistance to common weak acids and weak alkalis in warehouses within a pH range of 3-11, far exceeding the tolerance range of traditional iron sheet ceilings (pH 6-8).

 

Surface Anti-Permeation Layer:

 

Coated with a 0.2 mm-thick ASA/PVC anti-corrosion film, the surface porosity is <=0.01%, which can block the penetration of water vapor, dust, and chemical volatiles. Tests show that our WPC ceiling can be used continuously for 3 years in a 95% humidity environment without mold or deformation.

 

Connection Anti-Corrosion:

 

Equipped with 304 stainless steel clips and screws (unlike ordinary carbon steel accessories used in traditional ceilings), it avoids ceiling loosening caused by rusting of metal connectors, ensuring the long-term stability of the overall structure in highly corrosive environments.
